Kurt Stuessi - Managing Director and Founder
Mr. Kurt Stüssi, born 1948 in Switzerland, a “Technischer Kaufmann ITA/HSZ” (technical merchant) has been with Curcas Oil N.V. from the beginning. Based on further engagements with several companies in Thailand and Malaysia such as Bionas Industry & Technology and Westec Bioenergy, Mr. Stüssi possesses a profound knowlegde of the Jatropha business and business development. He also works as Jatropha consultant. He was formerly appointed as Director Export for mineral based fertilizer products.
Kathy Dolk – Director
Ms. Katharina Pernilla Dolk, born in The Netherlands in 1974, holds a Dutch Law Degree with European Law and a language studies certificate of the University of Maastricht. Ms. Dolk was formerly appointed as Senior Legal account manager of First Alliance Trust and is further engaged as Director and Compliance Officer of C-Corp B.V. as well as Partner and Managing Director of H&P Trust Company (Netherlands) B.V.

Dan Skinner – Director, Finance
Mr. Dan Skinner, born 1975, joined Curcas Oil N.V.’s subsidiary, Alternative Energy Manufacturing Ltd., in May 2008 and is responsible for building and supporting the company’s initiatives to secure local and international sources of financing as well as leading interactions involving the company’s finances and government relations. Mr. Skinner is a Dual Major Graduate of the University of Michigan in Business Administration and Management Information Systems. Mr. Skinner is further engaged as Director/ Partner with Asiaway Management Company Limited where he is in due of developing joint venture opportunities and securing various financing projects.

Iskandar Surjaputra - Director
Iskandar Surjaputra was born in Indonesia in 1958. After schooling in Singapore, he joined the family business in distribution and retailing of electrical home appliances, and furniture manufacturing. In 2005, Mr Surjaputra and a few forward thinking partners developed a group of successful restaurant and bar/lounge concepts in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur and Bali. In late 2007, with Curcas Oil NV and Kurt, Mr Surjaputra formed PT Pengembangan Jarak Indonesia and is active as a Director.
Jefrey Frans - Kupang Representative Officer
Jefrey Frans was born in Kupang - Indonesia 1979. He has an information technology background from the university of Surabaya, start in Oxfam GB West Timor as a secretary/translator and then joined the Womintra Foundation as an IT officer, the company has some work relations with another alternative energy company such as Shell Solar and Windguard which makes Jefrey familiar with the alternative energy.
Butje Frans - Head of Farming
Butje Frans was born 1950 in South East Moluccas - Indonesia. He started his carrier as Cattle Attendants in 1972 at PT. Bumitirta Kupang Branch and then became an operational director and decision maker in the company at 1986. Butje Frans started his own company CV. Bina Taruna in 1998, still in cattle breeding and then turned into crops farmer in the late 2000.
Curcas Oil N.V engaged Butje Frans due to his knowledge and experience and to supervise the building of germination sites.
