Curcas Oil N.V., through its Thailand subsidiary Alternative Energy Manufacturing Company Limited, has established its factory in Chonburi province installed with high quality Jatropha Press machines, storage silos, and oil tanks.
Each component of the oil extraction system is designed to maximize oil revenues on a per seed basis.
The key component to our extraction system, however, are our Jatropha Press machines. Each Jatropha press is imported from a German manufacturer specializing in the manufacture and installation of highly-durable and flexible industrial machinery. The press unit is made of a cast iron base and specialized chamber able to operate at high-temperature tempering and low temperature quenching.
Our specialized Jatropha Press equipment utilizes a system of independently rotating screws to maximize the amount the oil extracted from each Jatropha seed, increasing extraction efficiency by as much as five percent to seven percent. Further, the Jatropha Press design utilizes a compact and stable structure with easy accessibility to simplify equipment maintenance and help increase press operating time.
Finally, our Jatropha press equipment is highly modular, enabling the units to be arrayed in a series to augment factory capacity as feedstock supplies grow in an orderly and cost efficient way.
